Check-In : 2:00 Noon | Check-Out time : 12:00 Noon,
Requests for Early Check in / Late Checkout are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ONLY, against no guarantee OR may be on minimum half day charges.
All bills to be settled on check-out by Cash & Credit card ( Visa & Master)
Type of bed, view from room and floor levels are subject to availability at the time of arrival only.
In the absence of arrival timings all confirmed reservations will be deemed guaranteed up to 15:00hrs and may be released thereafter.
Refunds available on cancellations received 7 days prior to the date of arrival after 5% Retention charges.
In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund guaranteed.
Postponements and cancellations are not possible for any circumtance like Climatic /Political Condition Issues Etc...
All the guests while playing in the cascade area not suppose to step in water body and children to be taken care by their parents.
Room Reservation Valid’s only for right Couples & families, and Friends, if anyone found on wrong intension at the Time of Check in, Hotel have all Rights to Cancel your Room Package Booking and there should be No Refund will be processed.
No fire Crackers allowed Inside the Hotel including Car/Bike parking Areas,
